Maintenance contracts for new and legacy telephone systems can be arranged with response times of 4, 8 or 16 working hours. We can often save time by repairing faults remotely on systems with remote access and similarly moves additions and changes can be often be dealt with without the need of a site visit at a time to suit you and your colleagues.
